Service Agreements

By requesting services from Driggs Plumbing & Heating, you agree to the following terms:

• All work will be performed by licensed professionals in accordance with Idaho state regulations.
• We provide written estimates for work exceeding $200 before commencing.
• Additional work discovered during service will require your approval before proceeding.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Estimates and Pricing

Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and fair:

• Free estimates for projects over $200
• Diagnostic fee for repair assessments (waived if work is performed)
• Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Warranty Information

We stand behind our workmanship with the following guarantees:

• Labor warranty: 1 year on all installation work
• Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by user error or third-party modifications

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:

• 24 hours notice required for standard appointments
• No charge for cancellations with proper notice
• Cancellation without notice may incur a service fee

Limitation of Liability

Driggs Plumbing & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of services provided.
